Terms of service

GENERAL
By requesting commissions from me, the client agrees to all of my Terms of Service as listed below. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. If your commission request is accepted I will contact you via your preferred contact (insta, twt etc). Please provide visual references!PAYMENTS
➼ Payments made 100% upfront via Vgen/paypal
➼ If work is time-sensitive or has a hard deadline, a rush fee may be applied
➼ I retain the right to charge additional fees (for complex designs, additional details etc.)REVISIONS
➼ Revisions will be available ONLY at the sketch phase of the commission
➼ A preliminary sketch + color plan will be sent for approval, NO major revisions will be available after this phase so please let me know any changes you wish to make!
➼ minor/small revisions are still available at my discretion and additional fees may applyDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I typically finish illustrations quite quickly, but this will all depend on the level of render/style of commission
➼ commission will be completed within a week to a yearUSE
➼ Artist credit is required for public display of the commissioned image, you can use my art for any personal use (pfp, banner etc) as long as there is proper credit
➼ You cannot claim my art as yoursINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the right to any commissioned art that I produce. It may be used in portfolios, social media posts, or streams without stating your username. In the case that you do not want your commission to be displayed publicly it will be up for discussion
➼ None of the my work, including commissioned pieces, can be used in any blockchain-related technology. This includes non-fungible token (NFT) minting and selling, any cryptocurrency transactions and any future ventures involving blockchain-related technology
➼ None of the my works, including commissioned pieces, are to be used in training artificial intelligence (AI) technology or used in any AI-generated productsCommercial use
No commercial use of my art unless commercial fee is paid, this will be up for discussion. Where my art has been used for commercial purposes
➼ Commercial use includes but is not limited to: monetised use of banners, pfp, logos (such as for streaming purposes), stickers, charms etc.REFUNDS
➼ Full refund is only granted if I have not started your commission at all
➼ Where refund is granted, you may NOT use my art (sketch, color plan) for any purpose
➼ Once the sketch and color plan has been confirmed, there will be NO refunds available unless initiated by meCOMMUNICATION
